Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your BlinkCompose subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before the current cycle ends.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, log in to your account and go to “Subscription” or “Account Settings,” then select “Cancel Subscription.” You can also contact our support team at support@blinkcompose.com for assistance.
• No Prorated Refunds: When you cancel, you will continue to have access to BlinkCompose until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial usage.
• Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you can do so through your account settings. Note that reactivation will be subject to current pricing and terms.

Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases

• No Refunds for One-Time Purchases: BlinkCompose offers a free plan so users can test the app before purchasing. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for one-time purchase plans.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for one-time purchases are only considered in cases of significant technical issues or system malfunctions that prevent you from using the product as intended. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• How to Request a Refund: If you experience a significant technical issue that justifies a refund, contact our support team at support@blinkcompose.com. Provide your order details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence. Refund requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days.
